High-bay racking in the WALA network
B2B logistics ecosystem · Born in Saudi Arabia

Making logistics work better, together.

WALA connects business demand with the transporters, warehouses and support services that move it, and stays accountable for the outcome. We grow when the whole ecosystem grows stronger.

One requirement→Multiple capabilities→One controlled outcome

Governments raise logistics standards through policy. WALA raises them through business, by making the better way to operate the more rewarding way.

The problem and the answer

The capacity exists. The gap is making it work together.

Four connected gaps reduce utilisation, visibility and accountability across the chain. WALA answers each one with a purpose-built layer, and runs them as one.

The WALA ecosystem

One company. Every door you need.

Transportation and warehousing are WALA's core business. Everything around them makes those services easier to deliver, more reliable and more scalable.

WALA CONTROL LAYER
The scale is already here

Saudi Arabia has both sides of the market. WALA connects them.

Impact

Built to uplift the market, not just run a logistics business

WALA grows by making the market more organised, safer, more digital and more commercially attractive. Commercial success and public value reinforce each other.

Aligned with the direction of Saudi Vision 2030 and the national logistics strategy. An independent private-sector contribution; no government endorsement implied.

Hashim Mushtaq Ahmed Khan

Hashim Mushtaq Ahmed Khan

Founder & CEO

Hashim has spent more than two decades in logistics, finance and operations, not only running large operations but building them from the ground up and developing the teams who run them. He began his career before computers were on every desk and grew with every system since, so management and technology come naturally to him.

He keeps relationships for the long run. He is a speaker, panelist, writer and researcher in supply chain and logistics and a member of professional bodies.

He has lived the daily pain of fragmented logistics. WALA is the system he wished existed every one of those days: one accountable layer that removes that pain. Society gave him his career, and now he gives back. Drivers, labourers and small business owners should not be pushed only to perform, but helped to rise. WALA is built to do that, for the country that gave him so much and for society beyond it.

Radoslaw is the founder and CEO of TALOS, an intelligent logistics system (TMS/WMS): the Claude-native logistics operating system for small and mid-sized operators.

He spent 20 years as a logistics operator, running warehouses from small sites to large-scale operations, and knows first-hand where daily execution breaks down on the floor. Two years ago he moved into systems to fix what he had lived with for two decades, first with Saylogix in 2025 and now with TALOS.

The result is enterprise-grade depth built by an operator, for operators. Based in Riyadh, with roots in Poland and Ireland.
