Who we are

WALA is a B2B logistics ecosystem. The legal entity name, registration details and address will be published here on incorporation. Until then, contact WALA on WhatsApp: +966 53 345 2895.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, mobile number, email, company name and city.
• Request details: services, products, quantities, locations and dates.
• For partners: company registration, VAT, licences, capacity and documents you choose to share.
• Your language choice, saved on your own device.

The websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and prepare quotations.
• To register and assess partners and suppliers.
• To run, record and prove the jobs you place with WALA.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory duties.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed for your request: with the supplier, transporter or warehouse that will quote or perform the work, and with service providers that process data for WALA under contract (for example messaging and hosting). A partner never sees another partner's customers, rates or documents.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose, and for the periods required by Saudi law for commercial and tax records. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to be informed, to access your data, to correct it and to have it deleted, and you may withdraw your consent. Send your request on WhatsApp to +966 53 345 2895.

Security

Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, and records of who did what are kept.

• بيانات التواصل التي تقدمها: الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني واسم الشركة والمدينة.
• تفاصيل الطلب: الخدمات والمنتجات والكميات والمواقع والتواريخ.
• للشركاء: السجل التجاري والرقم الضريبي والتراخيص والسعة والمستندات التي تختار مشاركتها.
• اختيارك للغة، ويُحفظ على جهازك.

لا تستخدم المواقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية أو للتتبع.

لماذا نستخدمها

• للرد على طلبك وإعداد عروض الأسعار.
• لتسجيل الشركاء والموردين وتقييمهم.
• لتنفيذ المهام التي تطلبها من والا وتوثيقها وإثباتها.
• للوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية والضريبية.

لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لتسويق غير ذي صلة دون موافقتك.

مع من نشاركها

فقط ما يلزم لطلبك: مع المورّد أو الناقل أو المستودع الذي سيقدّم العرض أو ينفذ العمل، ومع مقدّمي الخدمات الذين يعالجون البيانات لصالح والا بموجب عقد (مثل خدمات المراسلة والاستضافة). لا يرى أي شريك عملاء شريك آخر أو أسعاره أو مستنداته.

مدة الاحتفاظ

طوال المدة اللازمة للغرض، وللمدد التي يفرضها النظام السعودي للسجلات التجارية والضريبية. وتُحذف البيانات غير اللازمة أو تُجهّل.

حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة، يحق لك العلم والوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب إتلافها، وسحب موافقتك. أرسل طلبك عبر واتساب إلى ‎+966 53 345 2895.

الأمان

يقتصر الوصول إلى البيانات الشخصية على من يحتاجها، ويُحتفظ بسجل لكل إجراء.
